Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the images you generate using our service
• For users who have not purchased paid services, including anonymous visitors, uploaded original images, generated images, and associated generation records are retained for 10 days from task creation, then automatically deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please download any images you wish to keep.
• Images still referenced by other retained generation records are kept until those records also qualify for deletion.
• You can permanently delete an individual creation from My Creations. This removes its generation record and associated files that are no longer needed by another creation
• We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment accounting

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in these limited circumstances:

• Safety and Security: To protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud
