1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Unused Purchase: You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any paid credits associated with that purchase.
• Unresolved Technical Issues: The Service is not functioning as described, the issue materially prevents use of the purchased credits, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Legal Requirement: A refund is required by applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Used Credits: Any paid credits associated with the purchase have been used. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for remaining credits.
• Change of Mind: More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
• Abuse: If we detect abnormal or abusive activity on your account.
• Free or Promotional Credits: Credits provided without payment have no cash value and are not refundable.
